my contractor resolved it. He had to rewrite some code. Does not appear to be a plug-in issue.
Not yet resolved after some work. I’m engaging the original contractor who built the website to look at it.
@lovingbro the website has been live since 2022 but I just turned on the MY ACCOUNT portion in order for customers to be able to re-order. It has not worked properly since it was enabled. I’m a bit hesitant to disable other plug-ins since they are all working as designed. Seems like a simple credentialing page should not be affected by other approved plugins but I’ll have to start troubleshooting. There are two pages where entry of password is required where the user cannot see what they are typing in making them unusable.
