Yeah, neither do I.
I use WP as a CMS for business websites. It always makes me cringe when I revisit a new site after a few months and see the layout destroyed from somebody pasting in poorly formatted rich text. Figured it was time to do something about it…
I whipped up a plugin to add the TinyMCE’s paste plugin to WP.

MailBuild provides this functionality via FCKeditor. Its quite nice.
It looks like there are ways to add it to TinyMCE, http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=3164
Not sure if this would work with WP’s plugin architecture though…
