Hi Renee,
The hosting provider informed me that they could ‘let the request through’, but they made it clear it would disable the suspicious bot rule from the web application firewall in front of my website.
I quickly decided that I did not wish to compromise the firewall configuration that 20i.com have for my website, so closed the support ticket with them.
