Hi Esmi, thanks for the information given above, its resolved my complete blank out of everything to do with WordPress.
I had up-loaded a new theme (Karma) and as soon as i activated it, i lost the lot! found it strange that i couldn’t even log into my dashboard!
I went into Filezilla and deleted the theme and waited for about 5 minutes before i could get back into my dashboard, happy days! Thanks again!
