How might I solve this issue using 1and1? I see where the Octal Number is 755 on most folders under permissions, but I’m not sure where ownership is.
I’m getting the same error on v3, on only one of our sites – the other two worked fine. Any ideas? We don’t have Jetpack installed so I don’t think that’s it.
