Found the solution, I have to re-add the shortcodes.
Don’t know what happened, but tried again, now it is OK.

I’m scared to upgrade to 3.6.1, most of my sites are on 3.6.0 pending this issue. Has there been any progress? Just wondering. 🙂
Same issue here. I have the latest version. Appears to be affecting one of my websites really badly, in particular. Maybe its a conflict with some specific plugin, I can’t really say.
