I have done some research and downloaded filezilla. I have not been able to login yet.
I read these instructions and I am lost at the first step:
Download the file mentioned in the error message via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel.
Am I supposed to tell what the file name is from the error message? If so, does it start with /home?
Also, I have MAMP is that my FTP?
Today I changed to the 2016 theme and have been having trouble since. I was able to login earlier but cannot anymore.
