MKS – was the above input for me or your original poster?
I was able to get the download button to work, ask me for my info, and send me the download. But when I go to do it again (not sure if it is reading that my IP (laptop) already downloaded it…. because it doesn’t work a second time.This is my shortcode that I cut/pasted into my page

I am having the same issue. I set up the button, successfully added it to my post, tested it live and it worked, but then when I tried it again (after making a change)… nothing happened when I clicked on the download button.
Help!!!
