“it’s normal , safely to ignore”
Today I got an email from Google that they reject my productfeed voor google advertising because of these 404 errors DevTools failed to load SourceMap!
In my case it looks like it’s not safely to ignore!

This worked for me:
When I was filling out the tax rate row, I was allowing autofill to fill it out for me. The thing is, the country code was filling in “Netherlands.” Then after about two dozen attempts, I noticed that the country code should be two digits (two letters). I manually entered “NL” and voila! the tax rate remained when I hit save. It was refusing to accept the entire word for the country.
