My solution was to call Go-Daddy and have the saved site from a couple of weeks ago replace the mess I made.

I think the old F2 theme rocks! From what I recall I could customize the width of the page & sidebars fairly easily, by entering numbers. Plus I could determine what side of the header my menu tabs would be. I could also determine the size of the YouTube videos.

In my brief experience of the newest F2 I was not able to do that. Maybe if I were a programmer I could, however I am not.

It would be great if the newest F2 could have more options for customization: Width, video sizing, header size, menu location.
