Great first impressions, but I need for users to be able to take the same survey repeatedly. When I tested and tried to take the same survey a second time, the page only shows that my survey was already submitted. I didn’t see a way to make this change. If it’s not there, is it possible to add the option?
I second this. I would love to use this as a survey link on ticket close and pass the ticket number via url to a field in the survey, perhaps even a hidden field so users can’t mess with the number.
