The issue has been resolved. It was isolated to my computer. I ran a system restore and whatever process is required for WordPress to function has been restored.
For the future, what process is required to view and navigate theme live preview and add?
I am having the same issue. I followed the advice above, but no help. Additionally, when I try to add new theme and select to view Featured, et al. no themes appear.
