I currently do not have a Local Pickup shipping method setup. I have a Flat Rate which has taxable status selected and I also have a free shipping method. My Free Shipping method is set to a minimum amount of $20. Anything less than that amount uses the Flat Rate of $4 shipping method.

So based on FL Tax Revenue Law, if Local Pickup is not offered, shipping is subject to Tax. When I look at the an example address lookup from the Woocommerce Shipping & Tax Status Page, you can see the tax for the address is correct at 7.5% but it returns “tax_rate_shipping”:0

The product price is $4.05 and flat rating shipping is $4.00. So it should be taxing $8.05 and not just $4.05
