I use this plugin not for a multi vendor environment, but for a multi warehouse environment. So if products within an order are stored in different warehouse, it can be auto split into sub orders. But if all products are from one warehouse, it is no need order split.
Any suggestion?

It happened to me also with the newest version. The box not shown on IE11, but fine on other browsers.
I downgrade to 3.1.18 and it fixed.
Please check the code on 3.1.23 and fix the bug.
