Thank you for your response. I apologize that I did not check what version we are running, turns out it is 1.6.4. We will update to 1.7.1 and hopefully that will prevent any further emails with the wording of ‘requires your approval’ that confused and alarmed the client. I am reasonably sure the email came from the site via Give because the from address is the same address set as the ‘from email’ in Give settings, but I don’t have access to the original email to check the full header.
