If you inspect the element in the browser and search the image name using Ctrl + F you will get the file where the image is called.

Usually, if the path is not change, the image and the font is called from within a CSS file using a relative path.

Now, after you install the cache plugin and activate the option Change paths in Cache Files, check the page using a fresh browser incognito page. This way you avoid any browser cache on that CSS file.

But your correct answer helped me to identify the issue.
For solving the isssue I have just excluded the css from optimization and cache settings of Cache Plugin.

It solves my issue.
