DELETE FROM wp_woocommerce_sessions WHERE session_expiry < UNIX_TIMESTAMP();I got this message: “0 rows deleted. (Query took 0.6966 seconds.)”

If I disable the Tabby payment gateway, the problem disappears, even if I do not change the description.
When Tabby is activated, the problem appears, for this product only.
When deleting words from the description and keeping the formatting code in the description, the problem appears, if Tabby is activated.
The problem appears only when Tabby is activated and this formatting is kept in the product description

Your comment is correct, when you disable the Tabby payment add-on, the problem with this product disappears. I have another test site that does not contain Tabby, I added the same description, this problem did not appear
I don’t know why this issue appears with the payment gateway.
