For 2., it worked perfectly with the CSS code.Already upgraded to Pro version and happy with it. A review will follow shortly.
BTW: one more suggestion: a date picker field would be nice to have, will avoid a mess of different date notations.

erstmal die besten Genesungswünsche! Gesundheit steht natürlich an erster Stelle.
Wir sprechen hier nicht von der freien Version, sondern der Pro.
In diesem Support Thread und in diesem hier, wurde auf ein Update in den nächsten Tagen zwar hingewiesen, aber nie realisiert.
Im Kunden-Download ist nach wie vor die Version 4.8.4 verfügbar.Ich selbst arbeite nun seit über 25 Jahren im Support. Field Service und Support Desk. Auch wenn nicht gleich ein Lösung parat ist, der Kunde erwartet sich eine rasche Reaktion zu seinem Anliegen. Ein E-Mail vorab hilft da schon.
Detto bei einem Ticketsystem. Hier innerhalb von Monaten nicht zu reagieren, egal wie, wirkt sehr unprofessionel. Am Besten wäre dieses gleich mal zu schließen.Wir vertichten auf eine Refundierung, da das Plugin nun seit nahezu 12 Monaten im Einsatz ist und die ersten 6 Monate ja einwandfrei funktioniert hatte.
Sehen Sie diese Zahlung als kleinen Beitrag zur Verbesserung Ihres Supports.
Wie auch in der Bewertung angeführt, die freie Version funktioniert dort, wo nicht mehr notwendig ist, sicher einwandfrei.
Nur wenn ich für etwas bezahle, erwarte ich mir auch eine Leistung dafür.Beste Grüße,

You have to add Gift Cards as an exception for the shipping information there.

There is a page created by the plugin, gift card balance or similar, which you need to add to your menu, where then anyone who owns a gift card can check the balance.
Or, there is also the the page available in their account if they are already members/clients.

we use this plugin at our German page.
You must not translate words in {} brackets as this will fetch the correct data in the background. Any changes in this terms, e.g. {sender}, will break functionality.
Also there are {} brackets for sender, it’s also visible in your screenshot.

Just realized if you open the page in firefox, the icon will be shown as it should.
But in chrome, edge and epic browser it shows me a black square.

Jetzt habe ich bereits das 2. Mail innerhalb von 2 Monaten gesendet und das Ticket [Ticket #146] Update der Pro Version ist auch seit 2 Monaten offen!
Also, ab und zu mal auch im Spam nachsehen (dann eventuelle Kunden whitelisten) oder ab und an ins Ticketsystem nachsehen sollte dann doch schon drinn sein.

You’ve updated the plugin but it still shows all countries of the world and Afghanistan as the “default” one 🙁
So far the plugin is nice and does it what it should very easy, but to have this in production enivironment it should better integrade with Woocommerce.
