For the testing credentials, I seem to remember that my issue had something to do with either my store’s “base location” (in Woocommerce general settings) “Origin Postcode” (in the plugin settings). I think the testing credentials work with a specific store location (I was trying Hong Kong). I have since been able to get the plugin to work with live credentials from our local DHL office in HK. WooForce support was REALLY helpful to me, so if you haven’t already done so, I suggest creating a support request. Support was great. Good luck!
Hi, I am just in the testing stage with the BASIC version of the plugin, and I can’t seem to get the testing credentials to work. I am getting error “Validation Failure:Site Id is wrong”.
I am using these credentials:
SiteID: CIMGBTest
Password: DLUntOcJma
