Question: does the data reset basically once the snippet is saved? Or is there an extra step to reset the data? Because I installed the snippet, then clicked “sync products” from the FB for WC settings tab, but I’m not really seeing any change. Additionally, many items that are out of stock are showing “in stock” in FB. I had to manually “hide” products from the Meta shop, but there’s no way to even bulk hide items (so annoying).
Please let me know if I did the steps correctly!

Thank you! This finally resolved everything!!
I did that and the issue is the same. How long should the update take? I left my computer for over an hour, but it still just hangs once the dots cross the screen.
I updated the wp-config.php to include the utf8mb4_general_ci in the collate tables area, but still the same thing

trp_updated_database_gettext_original_id_insert: no
trp_updated_database_gettext_original_id_cleanup: noI’m not sure where the table collation options are located; could you let me know how to change that and if it’s safe to change it?

I don’t actually get any messages at all. It just says “Updating TranslatePress tables” with dots slowly filling across the the screen, and after about two hours, it just stops.

A okay, yes I did know I could include html to do that, but it’s a little cumbersome and thought there was another way using the post ID like how other things are linked. No worries.

Hi! I’ve tried so many things, but couldn’t find any error. There were no fatal errors, and the only thing I found in the PHP logs were a bunch of lines like these. Does this mean that mean there wasn’t enough PHP power to handle it?
