In reply to: recurring htaccess hijacktheWPcoach,
Thanks for the support, I know there is a file hiding somewhere, but I have looked all over my sites and used cpanel’s search option, and I can find any other file named wp_cache.php or _chache.phpDamn, this is annoying!

In reply to: recurring htaccess hijackJan,
I am aware of this, but I wanted to get the sites back online first.
Now that it is online, I can search for the backdoor.

In reply to: recurring htaccess hijackI found a workaround that prevents the hijacking
Installed Better WP security plugin and set the .htaccess security feature (alongside other features)
This is a must have plugin, thanks RMelick for recommending it.Still the issue is hiding somewhere and I would be glad to get rid of it.

In reply to: recurring htaccess hijackHi all,
I have tried what theWPcoach suggests, and I did find a file called wp_cache.php
Deleted it and recovered all my .htaccess files but the injection happened again.
If anyone else have some suggestions I would really appreciate it.
This is driving me crazy!
Thanks all.Lior
BTW- note that some of the crap injected into the .htaccess file is also at the bottom of the file, make sure you don’t miss it.
