The same thing here also.
The form allows you to add user but has no benefits, it will redirect you to WordPress core add user menu. If the form can add user and group to the form so for every form created so you can assign user and groups to access and view that would perfect. So you can use it the form for many purposes, looking to hear from you.

another thing i want to mention as a comment is, if there is a way you can create a form based on role that would be great, you can use the form for many purpose. if you can create forms for different roles and have access base on their role that would be nice. great plugin. waiting to make number one on the repository.If there is way making phone field more customizable it would be great.
For example if you dd phone field to the form there is no chance to remove country, area code, number.

Thanks.now it is working there is an email set up at the sidebar option, at the right when you create a form, set your email there. i thought it uses wordpress admin blog email to send out the request. thanks very much, lovely plugin.
i just paste the code in the parent theme and it worked, thanks for awesome support.
can i do it without creating a child theme? i create a child theme and everything messed up. can i paste the code on functions.php manually on the parent theme directly?
