You can change the colour of the spoiler background in the Custom CSS tab – find this under the Shortcodes heading where you can also set the settings.
If you open the box-shortcodes.css under the Custom CSS tab – search for accordion, you will see all the code there for background colours ect that you can change to suit accordingly.
Not sure about the spoilers not expanding… but there was a thread here talking about that and it appeared to be a JQuery change – don’t take my word for it though – I am not familiar with it, best to check.

I have managed to add the missing Countries myself and adjust the colour of the map to suit the companies colour theme. One thing I haven’t been able to change is the colour background of the country pop up – anyone know where to change this in the php file?
