After I followed the steps everything was the same. So its my hosting provider? what should i ask?

Hello Allan, on the site you share me everything is installed without problems, but on my site I still get the same error even in troubleshooting.

Everything is ok now, it seems to be temporary.

EDIT: just 5 min later, back where I was. Again the same error.
