Same issue here. When Acf pro and Acfe pro are active the custom field in date picker is not available. I got this issue even on clean install. Date picker, Time picker and Date & time picker have the same issue. I tried to get support from https://www.acf-extended.com/ but no luck so far. If anyone knows how to reach them please let me know. WP is 6.7.1.
