I just needed to use the team id (as found when you click Edit on the Team), e.g.
[countdown team=”2020″]Thought I’d leave it here though in case anybody else runs into the same issue 🙂

I don’t seem to have the option available. Here’s all I can currently see:

I’m getting this error also.
I’ve checked my plugins and switched themes but still the problem persists.
Any other ideas on how to fix this please?

Very sorry for the lack of response.
I tried updating but the problem still persisted.
It was indeed a CSS error. I’d set the width too high which had a knock-on effect with the float, padding, border settings etc.Thanks once again.
