Child theme folder consists of:
style.css
functions.php
header.php (from your link)
footer.php (from your link)Please let me know if I made any mistake there. Thank you very much

I checked that particular page before but there’s no pinterest & instagram.
Only twitter, linkedin facebook, google plus, dribble, and youtube.
We used facebook & linkedin. We would like to add pinterest & instagram
