When I rolled back to version 2.2.1 it works!
@gauravnagpal could you please look into this?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Prevent Syncing Draft Products to MailchimpThat’s fantastic to hear, @kjvextras! This will be a long-awaited improvement that many will truly appreciate. Thanks for the update!

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Prevent Syncing Draft Products to Mailchimp@kjvextras OK, here is an image showing the problem. All those 4 entries with no image are not supposed to be there. This happens when duplicating a product sometimes, but not always.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Prevent Syncing Draft Products to MailchimpThank you for the snippet!
But what is the logic behind syncing draft products? Shouldn’t it be the default behavior to only sync published products? Especially as this obviously can cause multiple duplicate products from just one product. Do you want to see a screenshot of the issue?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncing@khungate After a bit of back and forth with Mailchimp we found out that the issue was due to settings in the plugin!
I had “Cart tracking preferences” set to “Disable cart tracking” and “Sync new non-subscribed contacts” was not checked. To me it’s not intuitive that e-commerce data and attribution does not work if something like cart tracking is not enabled. And I guess it’s not for you either as you did not think of this when I opened this ticket a month ago.My questions are now.
- Shouldn’t it be enough to have “Cart tracking preferences” set to “Only track carts for subscribed contacts” and “Sync new non-subscribed contacts” unchecked if I don’t care about Abandoned Cart automations?
- Is it safe to do a “Data resync”? Will that attribute the missed orders (while this option was off) to the respective subscribers in Mailchimp?
- If I re-sync, is there no risk I will get old subscribers that since unsubscribed? That’s what happened last time I re-synced a year ago, has this behavior been fixed or how can it be avoided? See my previous issue with this here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/lotst-of-new-subscribers-after-re-sync/
I would like to re-sync to get the order data into Mailchimp, but not touch the status of any subscribers.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncingHi @khungate,
Thank you for the suggestion!
I’ve reached out to them via email to ask. It’s possible they’ve removed order sync from free accounts — I’m currently on a legacy 2K subscriber plan but haven’t received any notification about changes. But surely there must be a way to check if order sync works from the WooCommerce end?
Thanks again for your help!
Best,

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncing@kjvextras Thanks but this is not an intial sync and the site is not a high-taffic site. Please let me know what I can do to speed up the investigation.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncingHi @kjvextras! Would it be possible to speed things up? I’ve gotten no attribution or orders synced in Mailchimp for the last 4 campaigns. This always worked before. Can I email you my logs or how can we debug the issue?

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncingHi @kjvextras
Hi, just checking — did you receive the examples I sent? If not, I can recreate them, but it’ll take some time to fetch the data again as I didn’t save it elsewhere.
Could you please clarify exactly what data you need so I don’t have to wait another week only to find out it was the wrong data? Also, I wanted to mention that WooCommerce attributes the orders to the newsletter. Could you explain a bit more about how you plan to debug this and what you need the examples for?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncing@kjvextras OK, I’ve sent four examples of subscribers that clicked a link and ordered but did not get attributed. Do you need more examples?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Orders stopped syncing@kjvextras Thanks, I know how the attribution works. This has always worked in the past. But stopped working some time after Dec 18, 2024. I’m on a legacy free plan. Has this changed and is no longer working with my plan?
I’m certain some subscribers have clicked and bought. Do you need to know who or what do you mean? Can I send it to you privately in that case?

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Available hooks for subscription checkbox linkYep, that’s cool! Thanks again for updating the URL! You could list them, but I get why you wouldn’t want to—if they change, you’d have to update them too.
