There are a lot of advanced fraud options in the plugin, we’re using some on our sites and it works well.
This seems like a biased review tbh, what if Braintree didn’t charge @chipx for the fraudulent transactions?

@mrclayton we are trying to review the code and make sure that there are no conflicts with SUBSCRIPTION_CHARGED_SUCCESSFULLY hook.

Yes, this is exactly the situation.
We can update it manually but would be 10x better if the plugin took care of it automatically because now we are not 100% sure whether the data we see in Woocommerce is reliable or not.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Worst Customer Support EverJust to counter these emotions expressed in the previous comment, I am working with this plugin (pro version) for few years now, I had to use support on multiple occasions, Mr Clayton was always responsive, professional and to the point. Last time I contacted support was yesterday so things are fresh on my end.
My experience with Mr Clayton is that if you communicate your question / issue to him clearly – you get the answer required to resolve the issue and move on, no more and no less than that.
I have 2 sites running this plugin and I highly recommend it.
I’ve been doing Software development myself in the past 20+ years and I know how things can slide downhill fast in some occasions because of expectations, language, communication skills and such.
Hope you find this feedback useful.
p.s. – Mr Clayton, the tip you gave us yesterday regarding registering the user before the init action solved our issue, thanks for that.
same issue here – I’m a new user of NF using latest versions and performance of Form builder is below expectations to say the least.

Hope you could let us about this feature release in advance so we plan accordingly.
Other than this – free plugin is performing well in sandbox mode and we plan to purchase a license when ready to go live.

just for the record and if anyone else encounters the problem – i got this from Dave which helped resolve the issue:
“The problem is occurring because the slider is hidden right when the page loads. You might be able to resolve the issue by visiting https://github.com/woothemes/FlexSlider/issues/182 and reading up on some of the proposed solutions, but Vimeography is typically meant to be used while displaying on page load.”cheers!

i have similar scenario – using tabs and it takes long time before we can scroll videos. In some cases scroll does not work at all
