In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] Text list of reviews instead of gridThank you for the reply. It seems only to be a problem when I split my screen (28 inch) into a left and right side, when I do one big screen there is no problems which you can see in the below picture.
However, I have come across another funky thing – the table doesnt show all the information like e.g. Title and Category.
I have set up the table as follows:
[rcno-table columns=’Title,author,category,year,rating’ links=’Title,author,category,year,’ limit=20 search=false sort=3]

Finally got a chance to play around with it.
It sort of works, I am using the theme Twenty Nineteen and visually it looks a bit “off” as the box doesn’t get stretched out but I recon that is a mistake/feature in the theme I use. Do you have a theme you can recommend that goes well with your plugin?
I have a total of four test reviews on my page, but it only seems to fetch half of them.

For what it is worth, I think it looks amazing and exactly like how I would have imagined it.
I am not quite sure what you mean with your universality comment, but I cant quite grasp why e.g. German speaking people should have any trouble selecting the table column.

In reply to: [Recencio Book Reviews] Text list of reviews instead of gridAlso, this was something that I just thought of: It could be cool if you could display sub-star reviews, i.e. the overall rating might be 4.33, but that consists of factor A being 5, factor B being 4 and factor C being 4. That would allow the user to sort according to various criteria 🙂

It should be read as my comment to the point “Star Rating” in the above list. It should NOT be read that the user should be able to make comments to the star rating.
What I was trying to convey was that Star Rating should be dynamic and based on how many stars you give in the review. If you revise your star rating up at a later point, it should also change in the table.
I hope that makes sense.

In an ideal world, the table would look as follows:
– Article/book name
– Author
– Publishing Year
– Category/Genre
– Publisher
– Star Rating
– Link to reviewComment on Star Rating: this one is important for me as this is the primary motivation for using your plugin.

Seems I will have to tinker a bit to make it work.

Column 2: [rcno-book-list taxonomy=”genre” id=xxxx]
