    Hello there!

Are you in need of assistance with translating texts from the Discount Rules for Woocommerce plugin?

We would be more than happy to help you with that! Our top recommendation is to use the Loco translate plugin, which is a fantastic tool for translating elements such as discounts and freebies.

You can easily download the plugin from this link: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/loco-translate/.

If you need detailed instructions on how to use Loco translate for translating strings, we have a helpful guide for you here: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4227466-how-to-translate-strings-using-loco-translate.

And if you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by opening a support ticket at [email protected].

We are always happy to help!

    Thanks,

    Team Flycart.

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your patience, and we apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

As mentioned earlier, our current functionality follows the default tax settings in WooCommerce. We feel that overriding these settings to display prices with tax included might not be the best fit at the moment.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with custom development tasks at this time. We really appreciate your understanding and hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience.

We would be happy to pass this valuable information along to our dev team and explore the possibility of incorporating your feedback in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and for your cooperation.

For further queries, we would greatly appreciate it if you could open a ticket at our support forum here -> [email protected] so we can continue assisting you further and avoid major delay.

    Thanks,
    Beneeta.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Before we begin troubleshooting, we wanted to gently remind you that our plugin is designed to seamlessly integrate with your WooCommerce tax settings. This means that any discounts applied will also take into account your tax settings, whether they include or exclude tax from the product price.

The same applies to our Omnibus add on – it will gather data from your discount rules and adjust accordingly. So, if your settings include tax, it will be included in the price. And if tax is excluded, it will also be excluded.

Could you kindly double check the tax setting to make sure they are set to include tax?

If you still face issues, we would greatly appreciate it if you could open a ticket at our support forum here -> [email protected] so we can continue assisting you further.

Thank you and have a great day!

    Team Flycart.
