I had already tried changing the settings but it did not work.
I also added the code you mentioned to the theme file and it didnt work unfortunately. Changing from 110% to 100% also did not work.
Am I missing something else?

I will stand corrected, it must be another plugin or mod that causes it.
Just a heads up why I love postie so much, I run a site for a football club but with all the committee changes its too much to instruct people how to use any cms no matter how easy.
Letting them just send an email to update is the best thing ever.
