I did like you said, changed [naam] (name in dutch) to [your-name] and same for [email] to [your-email] and everything works fine now.

This happened after the host was upgraded and maybe the update of WordPress or something changed something but I’m glad this fixes it.

For other ppl with same problems, try to use the standard [your-name] [your-email] like dtynan said

The script i used was from this website http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex16/formremember2_dev.htm

This javascript uses a function to remember a certain form name and the fields inside that form that you want to remember. It also lets you choose for how long you want the information to be stored as cookies.

It’s not the best way to fix this problem but it will do. I still couldn’t figure out a way to fix it in the plugin itself 🙁
