Hi @kroehlk ,
This sounds like it might be related to the MWB HubSpot for WooCommerce plugin?
Are you using that plugin to sync sale info to HubSpot? If so, would you be able to reach out to that team via their support channel?
Thanks!
Hey @storeofideas, we’re the team for the HubSpot WordPress plugin. I think this question might be meant for the HubSpot for WooCommmerce plugin.
Can you send your question to their support thread instead?

Hi @ankitasar, you can create, edit, and launch HubSpot forms for free in the plugin. And under Settings / Forms / Styles, you can change global styling preferences for all forms across your website.
But certain styling options for individual forms and CSS options are only available in Marketing Hub Starter or above. Here are two knowledge base articles with more information on HubSpot forms:

Can you let us know what you used to receive emails after a contact form was submitted? As @mlamacchia said, our plugin shouldn’t interfere with the original behavior of forms so I’m curious if another plugin has changed settings / been updated.
Also, are your live forms built with CF7 — and do you have an example of a form on your site you could share?
Best,
BenHi @prowebassist ,
Thank you for the feedback. We currently don’t have a plan to hide the settings tab as it’s the primary way for a user to navigate between accounts, disconnect their account from the site, and make quick settings adjustments (when provisioned). Even a non-admin would need to access these settings.
If you’re wanting to limit access to certain HubSpot tools for non-admins, you can do so from your HubSpot setting panel. Under Settings / Users & Teams on HubSpot’s main site, you can set access for different users on your account. For instance, if you remove accesss to forms for a user, the user won’t be able to modify settings for that tool from within the WordPress plugin. Here’s more info on how to edit user permissions:
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Ben
