Have you come across this probelem before? I really need this fixed asap.
I just deactivated the premium plugin and reactivated the free version which had the same problem, I have not reactivated the premium version and it is still not working.
What can we do?

Nope not a theme problem, just saying it’s not possible to change our theme…it would have a significant effect on the whole site.
What info can I get to you in order to fix it?
