Is it not taking into account my agreed rates set by Australia Post? There are discounts on my account.

Where are the rates you have being calculating from? By doing a simple search on Google for “Auspost Freight Calculator” and clicking on the first link on their website , I bring up totally different results. The results show a $9.70 charge for people without even an account.

Freight charge was $8.07 from Auspost quote (attached) for a parcel sent from postcode 3182 of 14kg with $99 insurance to postcode 3000. Via my website it is $22.94
