Finally I find the way :
1. I delete everything from the plugin : http://www.shoutmeloud.com/how-to-delete-uninstall-w3-total-cache-wordpress-plugin.html
2.delete everything on the database with the terms W3C
3. I replace the folder Wp-includs by a new one

Unfortunaly, still doen’t work, I restore the database, and by the occasion a new time the filesystem, still the sames troubles. I look up at the wp-config.php and define WP_CACHE to false too.
