We just launched and biggest market for the shop is Ireland.
There is still the mention (in version 1.6.1) [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS
Only for Irish payments.

To be clear, the single-product page shows the placeholder by default but the products list page doesn’t.
