It appears the problem was with Cloudflare and perhaps it was retaining the minified files on it’s servers as the site returned to normal once cloudflare was disabled. I’ll have to configure them properly at a later date, but for now the site is back to normal. Thanks for the help @andreslucero 🙂
I’ve tried that, even a full uninstall + clearing all caches afterward. The problem still persists. Would replacing any core files help?
