In reply to: [Safety Exit] Not working on real iPhone but working in the iPhone SimulatorJust letting you know, we figured out the issue. One of the websites we use for the redirects URLs is a website that is configured to instead open the mobile app associated with the website instead of the website if the mobile app is installed on the phone (ex: nytimes.com and the New York Times mobile app). This mobile app was installed on the real iPhone but not in the iPhone Simulator.
Just following up here. Can you help resolve this issue for our client? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
Actually, I tried but [email protected] bounces back. Is there another email address I should use?
Thanks! I just sent you an email.
quick follow up here:
– after my testing, i looked at my Clover dashboard and i can in our “transactions” that my test orders with incorrect credit card information have their listings with “Payment Failed” underneath them
– but the other orders from real customer we have been getting that go “Pending >> Failed >> Processing” do not have their own listings with “Payment Failed”, they just show the single payment
… so i’m not sure exactly what’s going on here.
can you help?
thanks!

In reply to: [Clover Payments for WooCommerce] Order details not going through to cloveri second @ayeshamakhdoom here. it would be very helpful to have the actual product(s) purchased listed in the order details of clover.com instead of just “item 1”. is this a possibility?
To answer your question, that all sounds great! Thank you.
it’s happening on the live site and i don’t want to revert it there so i did a quick test and here is a screenshot that shows the issue: https://ibb.co/xXpZKtN
@tymotey thanks for the quick reply! I see that link on the login form now! sorry, i completely missed it. i would say that my issue here is resolved now.
thanks again.
@reneesoffice thanks for the follow up. i walked through the steps again and the same thing is happening: i land back on the “sign in with google to configure site kit” screen. i’m sending you my “site health info” for you to take a look over. thank you.
@reneesoffice thanks for the update. i tried the process again (“reset site kit”, disable/delete the plugin, install the plugin, “sign in with Google”) and i’m still getting the same loop issue.
glad to continue to test and thank you for continuing to look into it.
1. They are both https://petbridge.org/web
2. It is listed as https://petbridge.org/web/ (and it is currently not verified)
3. It is not listed here, probably because it’s not verified, right?
Thank you.
@reneesoffice certainly! the URL is https://petbridge.org/web/. let me know if you need anything else. thank you.
@reneesoffice i have followed your steps from your previous comment (and so therefore also used the latest version released yesterday) but I’m still having the same issue.
This website is installed and accessed through a sub-folder on the domain, so it’s not at the root level of the domain (or in a sub-domain). Would that have any effect here?
Thanks.
