In the Form screen, we can create email-tag (to be used in the mail screen) just by adding text to shortode.
Example
<h3 align = “center”> Name of the Bridegroom </ em> <br /> <br />
[Text * NameoftheBridegroom] </ h3>
The “nameofthebridegroom” you’ll find it in the mail screen in the form of [nameofthebridegroom]
