After installing your plugin we found out that it was just a human mistake.
I’m so sorry for wasting your time, it seems they missing orders are all trashed. We thought it weren’t so because of an order by mistake…

Just looked over the past orders.
I can’t find any similarities. Sometimes payment method is Paypal, sometimes Pay by delivery, sometimes bank transfer.
