I disabled Wordfence, but still wouldn’t connect. I disabled SpamGuard and it connected. My Onenote was an inking so it was connecting continuously and then I was kicked out and blacklisted to my own site.
I guess the inking notes are a no go. But disabling plugins worked. Thanks for the solution.
