I think I found the error. I hadn’t created the backupfolder. I pushed “Create” backup-folder and it looks like it works.
The hosting provider is going to create a back up zip-file. I’ll wait for that before I take the axxe to my unused media.

I was thinking if the issue has something to do with the grotesque amount of files I have in one single media folder. Ftp maxed out at 25.000 files in one folder but theres at least 4 times as many files attached to that folder.

Same problem here. And I didn’t backup the plugin. Can we download an older working version of the plugin somewhere?
Samething happend here. Tags stopped working.
