I don’t have WP Optimize. Am using Speedy Cache. Have cleared cache repeatedly but am still having the same issue. Deactivating it has solved the problem.

Thanks for the great support. Saving as UTF-8 using NOTEPAD made the difference. Really great support. 🙂 I should have asked for help much sooner!!!
