Hello, thank you for your response. In fact, I previously attached a screenshot of the message and I will include it again in this message.
Regarding the mail server settings, I have explained that we have no problem at all there, and we receive and send emails daily through it, and we are the ones who manage this hosting ourselves. I will attach here a screenshot of one of the emails received, in which the date appears.

Hello, regarding the admin and his email, we have not made any changes regarding him except that we have redistributed, through the WordPress plugin (WP Ultimate Exporter), part of the articles that were attributed to him to the main authors, but I do not think that this is our problem at all!
The problem is that even when I tried to add an instruction (only for new devices) regarding two-factor authentication, it showed me a message: Confirmation code not send!
I also tried to go back to the hosting panel for our sites and make sure there that everything was fine with regard to the email settings, but I did not find that anything had changed.
I would also like to point out that we have been using your addition for about a year on six of our sites, and we have not previously faced this problem that has suddenly appeared to us now regarding the only two sites linked to the two-factor authentication instruction.

Thank you for your response. The issue is that the Anti-Crawler function in any anti-spam program is one of the most important functions provided by this type of application, and if we add that my IP is included in the white list in the two add-ons I have installed from CleanTalk in addition to It is not included in the blacklist of the application on the cloud. We will find that the issue is surprising, especially since this ban does not appear permanently, but rather intermittently, but when it appears, it cannot be bypassed except by disabling the plugin.
The reason may be due to the other possibilities you mentioned, but the problem is that it is difficult to reach the real reason in such cases.
It seems that I will just have to disable my Anti-Crawler feature to get past this issue.

Hello, thank you for the quick response. The plugin appears this problem suddenly and for no apparent reason! It suddenly repeats IP’s pop-up anti-spam protection procedure and continues to repeat without stopping, but as I told you before, the frequency of this problem for me has become annoying to the point that I had to deactivate it, because it has begun to prevent me from performing my work.
I am attaching a picture of the pop-up.
