I have been experiencing this exact same problem on multiple websites using different custom themes. I have rolled the plugin back to 1.6.2, 1.6.0 and 1.5.1 with no luck.
The problem persists as described above – the css of the sections is not loading. For example, Divi columns do not show their correct padding, width, etc.
I’d love to get to the bottom of this!
