Hi there, I reached out to my website’s hosting provider (Elementor) and they sent me this:
“I’m afraid the Forminator widget is not provided by Elementor or Elementor Pro, but by a third-party addon.
Please understand that our support is limited to the current features of Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Any 3rd party plugins/widgets are outside the scope of our support, as we do not have any control over their code.”I would prefer not to use another 3rd party SMTP plugin as I’ve been using just Forminator itself for the past 2 years with no issues. Using another plugin would potentially create further issues down the road I’m afraid.

Thanks, Laura! I believe it has been resolved as well, so I appreciate the time and effort of you and the support team! Really am a big fan of this plugin. I’ve tried many and this is by far the best.
Have a great weekend!
Hi Zafer,
Just sent you an email with the info you requested. Thanks!
HI Kris,
Thanks for the reply!
- Can you check in your form email notification if the email is correct or if that email notification is set up? It is. Have been receiving the emails just fine for several months up until yesterday.
- Can you check your spam folder? Yes, no emails there.
- Does your SMTP settings are correct if you use any SMTP plugin? Yes, they should work. Again, haven’t had an issue with hundreds of submissions up until yesterday.
- Can you please check if an error is being logged when using a different email? An Email log plugin like Email Log can help you with this -> https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/ Haven’t used a different email. Only 1 login.
Any way I can privately message the Google Doc file to you?
Thanks!
Hi all, I downloaded and installed the new version (1.4) and demo’d the intake form and it worked!! Thanks so much for the help and the quick fix!
Hi there, is there a way to download it as a ZIP file? I tried that but it doesn’t download it as a ZIP and apparently, WordPress requires it. Thanks!
