Hello, I intend to withdraw my post. I found an alternative. I ran a couple of tests with static homepage and noticed that no broken images. So my guess is that the plugin does not like if the page is non-static. However, if placing the plugin on the top menu, even with the homepage being a static, no broken images or whatsoever. It worked fine. Thanks 🙂
