Thanks for your answer. When I search on Google for my website, the titles are those I chose with Yoast Seo. It’s mostly the meta descriptions that are changed, like for example the ones in attachments, while the source code indicates the description I chose.

But when I click on the link, for example “La face cachée du développement personnel”, the source code indicates the right meta description, the one I used with Yoast Seo but which unfortunately does not appear on Google :

Thank you for your answer. Far be it from me not to question myself, but I have taken great care in writing my meta descriptions so that they correspond to the articles and I have read the articles you mentioned for this purpose.

I don’t understand why Google considers “Our site uses cookies. To learn more about our use of cookies, please see our Privacy Policy. Accept.” or “Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment. Leave a comment.” as a better version to index, they do not match the content of the article, as it is the comment tab and the privacy policy.

For the indexed sites that I specified that I did not want them to be indexed:
